Nexum Network is a Pennsylvania home services lead generation network — we build and rank geo-targeted sites that connect homeowners with contractors at the moment they need help. Google remains the dominant search channel, and we engineer our properties to rank well there. But search is also evolving — AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini are increasingly part of how people find local services. We build for both, and we route every inbound call exclusively to one contractor per market.
Google still drives the majority of local search traffic — and that's not changing overnight. But the way people search is gradually shifting. AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity are becoming part of the research process for some homeowners, and Google itself is integrating AI Overviews into more and more results. The contractors who show up well in both environments are the ones building durable lead pipelines.
Most lead generation services were built for paid ads and directory listings. They work, to a degree — but they don't build lasting market authority, and they don't adapt as search behavior evolves. We take a different approach: build content-rich, geo-targeted properties that earn strong organic rankings today, and are well-positioned as AI-assisted search grows over time.
Nexum Network routes every call from our sites exclusively to one contractor per market. No shared leads, no reselling. Just a straightforward arrangement built around real results — and a foundation that gets stronger the longer it runs.
These are not talking points. Each one is a structural commitment written into the agreement you sign before your first call is ever forwarded to you.

We built the brand and earned the rankings. Every homeowner who calls found us because they trusted what they saw. We need contractor partners across trades who protect that trust — because a bad job on a call we generated reflects on both of us.
What counts as a billable lead — and what doesn't — is written into your agreement before day one. No ambiguity. No interpretation. The terms are the terms.
Qualifies — you pay
Genuine homeowner inquiry
A real homeowner with a real need. Something was established — a request, a situation, a service needed.
Matches your agreement terms
The lead meets the qualifying definition written into your specific agreement — whether that's a verified inbound contact, a booked appointment, or a completed job.
Within your service area
The property is inside the geographic boundaries defined in your agreement. Out-of-area leads never reach your invoice.
Does not qualify — not billed
Junk & misdirected contacts
Wrong numbers, solicitations, or anyone clearly not a homeowner seeking service. Never appear on an invoice.
Outside agreement terms
If the lead doesn't meet the specific criteria written in your agreement, it doesn't get billed. You dispute it, we review it, we remove it.
Out-of-area
Property outside your defined service area. No argument — it comes off.
If yours isn't here, email us. We answer directly — no ticket system.
What if I'm already using another lead service?
You can run us alongside anything else. We don't require exclusivity from you — only priority routing from our end. If the calls convert and you want to drop the other service, that's your call to make.
What if I get overwhelmed and can't take more calls?
That's exactly what the backup arrangement is for. If your team is at capacity, overflow calls route to a qualified backup so no homeowner goes unanswered. You can also contact us to pause forwarding entirely until you're ready.
How does the backup contractor work exactly?
The backup contractor only receives calls your team cannot answer — missed calls or situations where you've indicated you're at capacity. They are a separately vetted partner in the same market. You remain the primary; the backup exists to protect the homeowner experience and our brand, not to split your lead flow.
How do I dispute a lead I shouldn't be billed for?
Reply to the invoice email, reference the lead, and explain why it doesn't meet the criteria in your agreement. We review it against the documentation and respond within 24 hours. If it doesn't qualify, it comes off the invoice. No negotiation theater.
How quickly will I start receiving calls?
Our sites build organic rankings over time — typically first calls arrive within 3–5 months of site launch, with consistent volume by month 6–8. We'll give you a realistic forecast for your specific market before you sign anything.
What if the lead doesn't convert into a job?
Depending on your agreement, you're paying for a verified inbound lead or a percentage of a completed job — not a guaranteed close. What we guarantee is the lead was real, the homeowner was genuine, and you had a legitimate opportunity. Whether it converts depends on how you handle it.
Can I add more markets later?
Each market has one primary contractor and that's a hard limit we don't bend. If an adjacent market opens and you want it, you'd enter a separate agreement for that market. We don't grant regional exclusivity across multiple markets under a single arrangement.
What if I want to cancel?
30 days written notice from either party. No fees, no deposit to recover. Leads during the notice period are billed normally. After that, your market returns to available. That clean.
I'm an MBA student with a background in sales and estimating for construction materials across the tri-state area. That experience gave me direct insight into how contractors find work, where margins get lost, and why most lead services don't deliver what they promise.
Alongside building Nexum Network, I work in machine learning and data analytics, including agent development on HuggingFace. Those skills feed directly into how I build and operate this network — modeling search intent, analyzing lead quality, and engineering sites that rank and convert at the local level.
Nexum Network is what happens when construction industry knowledge meets data-driven execution.
